What this section means for you: You own your files. We only have temporary rights to process them for you. Coilhelper owns its website, software, and brand.

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Coilhelper a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., to perform the merging operation, store temporarily for download, and for troubleshooting as described in our Privacy Policy). This license terminates when Your Content is deleted from our servers as per our Data Retention Policy.

6.2 Coilhelper's Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of Coilhelper and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. NEITHER COILHELPER NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH COILHELPER MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER COILHELPER NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH COILHELPER REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
